On 3rd
December 2012, St James's Palace released a statement that Their Royal
Highnesses were pleased to announce that The Duchess of
Cambridge is expecting a baby. On 22nd July 2013, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were
delighted to announce the birth of a son, George Alexander Louis, born at the
Lindo Wing, St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington.
The whole nation celebrated replenishment a royal family. Sailors from the
frigate "Lancaster" congratulated the new parents, lined up in the
word "boy."
On 23rd
October, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's son, Prince George, was christened
at the Chapel Royal at St James's Palace.
There
were some coins, specially minted for the christening of
Prince George.
The British Royal
Crown Derby factory created a limited edition collection of porcelain specially
to the royal christening. It includes an eight-inch plate, big
and small bowl-shaped cups
and the dish with five petals.
The initials of the little prince are plotted on each of the four subjects of
the collection. The crown of great grandson of Queen Elizabeth II is decorated with strawberry
leaves, bushes and heraldic
lily. The Initials with gold crown surrounded
with a blue ribbon with the full name of the prince. The Christian
symbol Fleury Cross is located at
the bottom of the composition.
In
addition to dishes, the Royal Crown Derby factory
produced porcelain figurines. Each item
in this collection, released 500 copies,
adorns the golden inscription with the name and date of christening Prince.
One of the latest issues of HELLO! published a picture Catherine with
her son, Prince George.
The picture's quality leaves much to be desired,
but it is not a photoshoot, but a snapshot of paparazzi.
Anyway, I wish Catherine and her son well.
